Lady GaGa cries over fan

LADY GAGA broke down in tears after inviting a fan backstage.

The singer was playing a gig in Ireland when she saw a girl getting crushed at the front and ordered security to pull her out.

She asked them to take her backstage for an impromptu meet-and-greet but she came over all emotional.

Lady GaGa said: "I was having a really horrible day and I was very emotional. I saw a girl being crushed by the crowd and they pulled her out and I said, 'Go get her and bring her to the back room so I can see if she's alright.

"(Someone) came in and said, 'Your fan is next door and she's crying because she can't believe you want to meet her.'

"So I left my room, went into the other room and sat with my fan and cried. We cried together. And I thanked her so much - she made me feel so much better."

Mariah Carey has been visiting a fertility clinic.

The 38-year-old singer and her husband Nick Cannon - who married last year following a whirlwind romance - were seen leaving a Beverly Hills' Southern California Reproductive Center last week, where they reportedly met with a prenatal specialist.

Mariah is said to be desperate to give birth before she turns 40 next March.

The renowned centre is one of the leading in vitro fertilisation (IVF) clinics in California.

Jennifer Lopez - who has one-year-old twins Max and Emme - is said to have been a previous patient.

The couple have made no secret of their desire to start a family, with Nick admitting he wants a large brood.

He said: "We'll multiply. That's what's got to happen."

Mariah has also revealed she is ready to become a mother, but finds the constant speculation about whether she is expecting tiresome.

She said: "I don't like to talk about it too much. I just think about it as the next phase. We'll see.

"I've changed my mind about becoming a mother because I'm with 'The One'. I think we would make good parents, and that we'd be able to figure out how to do it properly."

Amy Winehouse had an argument on her flight home to England over the weekend.

The singer hit out at another passenger on the journey from St. Lucia - where she has been holidaying for the last two months - because she thought he was "giving her strange looks".

A friend told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Amy went wild. She thought this guy was giving her strange looks and just lost it."

The 'Back To Black' star - sporting her trademark beehive hairdo and heavy eyeliner - looked visibly distressed as she arrived at London's Gatwick airport yesterday (01.02.09).

She vowed to return to the UK after her estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil was released from jail last week.

The source added: "She was nervous about coming back and seeing Blake so it didn't take much to push her over the edge."

Despite her strained appearance, Amy was buoyant about returning home, telling reporters: "I love London more than anything in the world."

Amy, 25, is planning to move from her Camden home, in North London, to the suburb of Barnet so she can be closer to her mother in her ongoing battle against drug addiction.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Of course Amy is sad to be back to reality. But after getting her act together and staying off the drugs, she's determined to stay clean.

"Camden holds a lot of bad memories - especially the time spent there with Blake. So while she was away, her mother Janis went house-hunting on Amy's behalf looking at houses near her own."

Amy is expected to move into the £1.4 million house this week.

She has denied she has returned to the UK to reconcile with Blake, who started divorce proceedings against her from jail in January after Amy was pictured with other men while on her Caribbean holiday.

Blake - who was given a 27-month prison sentence last July for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and attempting to pervert the course of justice - has already reportedly turned down a £100,000 divorce offer.

Usher's wife reportedly was ill with cardiac and respiratory arrest through the liposuction operation.

Tameka Foster was due to undergo the beauty surgery at Sirio-Libanes Hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on Friday (06.02.09) but fell really ill when she was being anesthetised for the process. She was then induced into a coma for 24 hours, and is now said to be recovering.

A presenter for the hospital refused to commentary on the claims advertised by Brazilian news website G1, saying: "The family has demanded total privacy. The hospital is barred from giving any information."

It has been claimed US neurosurgeon Gabriel Hunt, who works at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, flew to Sao Paulo to help treat Tameka over the weekend. He left on Monday (09.02.09) but refused to comment.

Usher called off concerts in the US and rushed to his wife's side as soon as she fell ill.

His spokeswoman Simone Smalls has not released details on Tameka's illness, only saying: "Tameka is in stable condition. Her husband is with her at the hospital. The family requests privacy at this difficult time."

Simone confirmed Tameka is at Sirio-Libanes Hospital - considered the top medical centre in Brazil - adding she had been admitted after suffering "complications from routine surgery".
Rihanna

RIHANNA has admitted that she can't trust people now she's famous.

Rihanna said she always keeps her guard up around men and can be quite judgemental.

Speaking to more! magazine, she said: "I always have my guard up with men, no matter who they are. There are people who love you just because you're famous.

"But I'm good at reading people and I'm not naive."

She added: "The longer I'm in this business, the more judgemental I am. I can't deal with dishonesty. People often try to be your friend or get with you and then when you're not in the spotlight, they don't want to know you."

The Umbrella star is has reportedly been dating R&B star Chris Brown for nine months, but neither of them have publicly admitted they are in a relationship, despite being regularly photographed together.

Rihanna also said her busy lifestyle means that she finds it hard to meet friends.

She said: "I have my best friend, Melissa, from home with me right now. It's great I can fly my friends around the world.

"Staying down to earth isn't easy, but I'm strong and when I feel lost, I just call Melissa. When I see people turning to drugs and alcohol, then that's when I call her. She helps me."

She also revealed that her latest single, Rehab, was written with singer Justin Timberlake, which she said was very exciting.

"For him to write a record for me was such a big deal. I was so excited, as I'm a huge fan of his. But it came together very quickly."

Britney Spears has revealed her upcoming 'Circus' tour will definitely go ahead.

The 'Womanizer' singer is "excited" about the massive run of shows, and will be joined for all 33-dates by her two young sons - Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two.

A blog on Britney's official website read: "Britney is so excited to kick off her tour. She has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again. Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour. 'The Circus' kicks off in New Orleans on March 3."

Earlier this week, it was reported 'The Circus Starring Britney Spears' tour would be cancelled if Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline - who has custody of their two children - refused to let the boys join the 26-year-old singer.

Britney has agreed to pay her ex-husband Kevin $4,000 a week during the tour so he can be near the children, although it is claimed his lawyers are against the idea.

After shows in North America, Britney is set to perform an eight-night residency at London's 02 arena in June.
